Welcome to the services provided by Tbbit Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform")! To protect the rights and clarify the obligations of both parties, please read the following User Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") carefully. By accessing or using the Platform, you indicate that you have read, understood, and accepted all contents of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should immediately stop using the Platform. These Terms are legally binding on all users (including individuals and institutions).

I. Definitions and Interpretation For ease of understanding and execution, these Terms include the following definitions:

1. Tbbit Exchange (the "Platform"): Refers to the digital asset trading services provided by the Tbbit operating entity, including but not limited to its official website (https://www.tbbit.com/), mobile application (APP), API interfaces, and other related services.

2. User: Refers to any individual or entity that registers, logs in, or otherwise uses the Platform's services.

3. Digital Assets: Refers to assets based on blockchain technology and represented in digital form, including but not limited to cryptocurrencies (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum), tokens, stablecoins, and other virtual assets.

4. Services: Includes but is not limited to digital asset trading, deposits, withdrawals, asset management, market data provision, account management, and other functions.

5. Force Majeure: Refers to objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, or insurmountable, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, policy changes, hacker attacks, network failures, etc.

II. Platform Usage Rules and Precautions

1. Website Purpose: You must clearly understand that this Platform only provides you with a technical service platform for obtaining digital asset information, finding trading counterparties, negotiating digital asset transactions, and conducting trades. The Platform itself does not directly participate in your trading activities. Therefore, you must independently judge the authenticity, legality, and validity of relevant information and bear all responsibilities and losses arising therefrom.

2. No Investment Advice: The Platform does not provide any form of investment advice. Please make decisions cautiously based on your own judgment and bear the corresponding responsibilities.

3. Right to Suspend Service: If the Platform determines that you have violated this Agreement, or if your use of the Platform's services is deemed illegal according to the laws of your region, the Platform has the right to suspend or terminate services to you at any time.

4. Official Information Channel: The Platform's only official information release channel is: https://www.tbbit.com/. Please be careful to verify the authenticity of information sources.

5. Prohibition of Illegal Activities: It is strictly forbidden to use this Platform for any illegal transaction activities such as money laundering, smuggling, or commercial bribery. Once discovered, the Platform has the right to take measures including but not limited to freezing accounts and reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies. All consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the user, and the Platform reserves the right to pursue legal liability.

6. Prohibition of Improper Trading: It is strictly forbidden to use this Platform for market manipulation, wash trading, or other improper behaviors. If such behavior is found, the Platform has the right to take measures such as warnings, restricting trades, or closing accounts. The responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the user.

III. Account Registration and Management 3.1 Account Registration: Users must provide true, accurate, and complete identity information when registering, including but not limited to name, identification information, email address, and phone number. Users must complete the identity verification (KYC) process required by the platform. Users should ensure that information remains valid and is updated promptly; otherwise, the risks arising therefrom shall be borne by the user. 3.2 Account Security: Users should properly safeguard account information (including username, password, 2FA information, etc.) and are responsible for all actions under the account. Users shall not transfer, lend, or authorize others to use the account. If any abnormality is found, the Platform should be notified immediately; the Platform will provide reasonable assistance but is not liable for losses. 3.3 Account Freezing and Termination: The Platform has the right to freeze or terminate an account under the following circumstances: violation of these Terms or laws; suspicion of abnormal trading, fraud, or money laundering; regulatory or legal requirements. Users may apply to cancel their account, but the Platform may still retain necessary data according to law.

IV. Scope of Services 4.1 Trading Services: The Platform provides digital asset trading services, including but not limited to spot trading and derivatives trading. Users should fully understand the trading mechanisms and risks and bear the results of their trades. 4.2 Deposits and Withdrawals: Users can perform digital asset deposits and withdrawals. Losses caused by operations such as entering incorrect addresses shall be borne by the user. Processing times may be affected by network or third-party factors. 4.3 Market Data and Analysis: The Platform may provide market data and analysis for reference only, which does not constitute investment advice.

V. Fees and Taxes Users are required to pay relevant fees according to the standards published by the Platform. The Platform has the right to adjust fees with prior announcement.

VI. User Conduct Code When using the Platform, users shall comply with the following: do not engage in illegal activities (such as fraud, money laundering, etc.); do not manipulate the market or create false trades; do not attack or interfere with the system; do not abuse multiple accounts to obtain improper interests.

VII. Risk Disclosure Users must be aware of the following risks: market volatility risk, technical risk, policy risk, and force majeure risk. All risks are borne by the user.

VIII. Limitation of Liability The Platform only provides technical services and is not responsible for trading results. The Platform shall not be held liable for losses caused by force majeure or third-party reasons.

IX. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the location where the Platform's operating entity is situated. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, they may be submitted to the court with jurisdiction.

X. Modification and Interpretation The Platform has the right to modify these Terms at any time and will notify users via announcements. Continued use by the user shall be deemed as acceptance of the modified content. The final right of interpretation of these Terms belongs to Tbbit Exchange.
