Welcome to the TBBIT Digital Asset Trading Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and its various services. To protect your legitimate rights and interests and clarify the rights and obligations between you and the Platform, TBBIT has formulated this "User Agreement".
Please carefully read and fully understand all contents of this Agreement before registering, logging in, or using the Platform's services. Once you access or use the Platform, it is deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
I. Confirmation and Acceptance of the Agreement
1. This Agreement applies to all users who access, register, or use TBBIT services (hereinafter referred to as "you").
2. By checking "Agree to the Agreement" or continuing to use the Platform's services, you represent your acceptance and compliance with the contents of this Agreement.
3. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please immediately stop using the Platform.
4. TBBIT has the right to revise this Agreement at any time in accordance with laws and regulations or operational needs, and will notify you by public announcement. The updated agreement will take effect immediately.
II. Platform Services and Scope
TBBIT provides users with services including but not limited to the following:
1. Digital asset deposits and withdrawals
2. Spot trading, contract trading, and leveraged trading
3. Copy trading (follow trading) service
4. Account management, order and asset records
5. Market data, trading tools, risk warnings, and strategy assistance
6. Other features and services to be launched by TBBIT in the future
TBBIT does not provide any guarantees regarding returns, agency operations, custody services, or investment advice.
III. User Qualifications and Account Security
1. User Qualifications
You must meet the following conditions to use TBBIT:
• Be 18 years of age or older, or the legal adult in your local jurisdiction.
• Have full civil capacity.
• Register using your real identity.
• Not be on an international sanctions list or a user from a restricted region.
2. Account Security Guidelines
• You should properly safeguard your account, password, mobile phone number, email address, 2FA, and other information.
• You are responsible for all operations under your account and cannot use "theft" or "operation on behalf of someone else" as reasons to evade responsibility.
• If you discover any abnormal logins or asset changes, you should immediately contact customer service for assistance.
The platform is not liable for losses caused by your own negligence.
IV. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Risk Assessment (AML/KYT)
To meet international anti-money laundering regulatory requirements, TBBIT reserves the right to require users to complete the following:
1. Know Your Customer (KYC)
2. Address verification
3. Funds source verification
4. Risk behavior review and risk control review
If the review fails, TBBIT reserves the right to restrict:
• Deposits
• Withdrawals
• Trading
• Copy trading
• Account usage
Users must ensure that the submitted information is true, legal, and valid; otherwise, they will bear corresponding responsibilities.
V. User Conduct Guidelines
Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on TBBIT:
1. Money laundering, fraud, gambling, terrorist financing, and other illegal activities.
2. Market manipulation, arbitrage, and other activities that disrupt market order.
3. Registering or impersonating others using false identities.
4. Selling, renting, or sharing platform accounts.
5. Using cheats, scripts, or programs to damage the system.
6. Misleading advertising or inducing others to invest.
7. Multi-account arbitrage, volume manipulation, commission fraud, and other illegal activities.
If any violation occurs, the platform has the right to:
• Restrict trading
• Restrict deposits/withdrawals
• Freeze assets
• Permanently freeze the account
• Report to regulatory agencies when necessary.
VI. Trading Rules and Risk Warnings
1. Digital Asset Market Risks
Cryptocurrency prices may fluctuate wildly, and you may face:
• Partial losses
• Total losses
• Forced liquidation (margin call)
• Orders failing to execute
2. Trading Risks
Including but not limited to:
• Slippage
• Network latency
• System congestion
• Extreme market conditions causing stop-loss/take-profit orders to fail
• Insufficient liquidity causing orders to not be executed
3. Copy Trading Risks
If you use TBBIT's copy trading service, you must be aware that:
• Copy trading does not guarantee profits
• Trading may be out of sync or delayed
• Losses incurred from copy trading are borne by the user.
TBBIT does not participate in any trading activities and is not responsible for any trading results.
VII. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
1. Users must ensure that the source of deposited assets is legal and compliant, and is their own real assets.
2. TBBIT does not accept funds from unknown sources; once identified, a risk control review will be initiated.
3. The following situations may cause withdrawal delays:
• Large withdrawals
• Frequent transactions
• Abnormal IP addresses or logins from different locations
• Suspicious fund flows
4. If a user refuses to cooperate with the investigation of the source of funds, TBBIT has the right to refuse withdrawals and freeze the account.
VIII. Fees and Taxes
1. The platform may charge:
• Transaction fees
• Withdrawal fees
2. TBBIT has the right to adjust rates according to market conditions, and any adjustments will be announced in advance.
3. Users are responsible for complying with local tax laws and declaring their taxes as required.
IX. Privacy Protection and Information Security
TBBIT strictly protects user privacy and will not use your data for illegal purposes.
The platform may collect the following information:
• Account information
• Transaction and asset records
• IP address, device information, and operation logs
• Risk control related data
The platform may disclose user information in the following circumstances:
• Legal and regulatory requirements
• Risk investigation or security review
• User authorization
The platform will not disclose your personal privacy to unrelated third parties.
X. Termination of Agreement and Account Closure
TBBIT has the right to freeze or close an account in the following circumstances:
• Serious violation of the user agreement
• Repeated triggering of risk control anomalies
• Suspected illegal or criminal activity
• Refusal to cooperate with compliance review
• Requirements of national policies or regulatory agencies
Users may apply to close their accounts, but must ensure that there are no outstanding orders and no unwithdrawn assets.
XI. Disclaimer
1. TBBIT does not promise any returns or principal protection services.
2. TBBIT is not liable for losses caused by network or system failures, hacker attacks, force majeure, etc.
3. Users should trade independently with an understanding of the risks and bear their own profits and losses.
4. TBBIT makes no guarantees regarding the actions of any trader, copy trader, or third party.
XII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of TBBIT's place of registration.
2. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through negotiation.
3. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court or arbitration institution with jurisdiction in TBBIT's place of registration.
